Perfectly youthful, the Chelsie mini skirt is fitted through the high hip and flares in a flattering full silhouette. The dense stretch knit comfortably hugs the body from waist to hip. Circular knitted, with no side seams, the skirt closes with a concealed zipper at center back. Youthful and fun, wear yours as part of a set with our matching bralette. Shown here in Black.

- Meant to sit at waist. Can also be pulled down and worn on the high hip.
