Spinnaker Chocolate is a family-run, bean-to-bar chocolate company based in Seattle, Washington. Each piece of chocolate starts with cocoa beans that are processed all the way through to finished chocolate bars.
The best quality cocoa beans are sourced from all over the world. Similar to wine and coffee, the cocoa from each origin has its own unique and interesting flavor.
